In depth

Verdict

SUNSET BREEZE made a winning start in handicaps at Newcastle on his first outing gelded. A 7lb rise may not be enough to prevent him going in again. Dashing Roger’s earlier success at Lingfield came over 7f but Dark Silver went close over today’s trip at Wolverhampton earlier when finishing ahead of Dana Forever. Charming Spirit could go well on her return while both Baltic State and Abwaaq have switched yards with the latter preferred now handicapping.
