King Kurt won a handicap over this trip at Catterick two runs ago before chasing home Zennor over an inadequate 1m1f at Hamilton. He seems sure to be a factor in this contest along with Pintrada, who got off the mark when tackling 1m4f for the first time at Beverley last month. Satin Love is potentially well treated, though has never given any indication he'll stay this far unlike Achalas, who has already won over this trip on the Polytrack and was third over 1m6f at Sandown on his penultimate start. MEDAILLE D'OR has improved with every run and was always travelling like a winner when justifying favouritism over 1m2f at Lingfield in January. Still a little green that day, Roger Varian has given him time to mature further and he can make a successful return to action.
