      Verdict

      Harry Davies keeps the ride on the penalised Sense Of Wisdom having partnered the latter to victory over track and trip last month with A E Housman well beaten. James Doyle rides the former’s stablemate and 280,000gns gelding Tribal Wisdom while GASTRONOMY also makes his debut. The latter is a half-brother to several winners including stable companion and Group 3 winner Molatham and gets the vote with Roger Varian’s yard remaining in fine form. Chasing Aphrodite made a winning debut at Leicester and can’t be easily dismissed as he beat three subsequent winners.
