    Verdict

First-time cheekpieces appeared to have the required effect on DASHING DICK last time. He finished runner-up in a higher grade contest over course and distance and looks to have every chance in an open affair. May Night has won twice at Kempton so far though is 7lb higher than his latest success while Ajrad finished runner-up off today’s mark on his earlier handicap bow. Time Interval placed in a tougher race over a mile at Doncaster last year while several are open to improvement now handicapping with Hemsworth, Special Mayson and Royal Tribute preferred
