Question marks about all but TINKERTOWN gets the vote in the hope that he's over the exertions of a career-best effort at Chester last week when a creditable third in the Dee Stakes behind Glen's Diamond. He's down in trip but is adept over a mile and Paul Cole is not the sort of trainer to overface his charges. Neebras houses the best juvenile form and a repeat of his excellent second in the Group 2 July Stakes would be enough here. However, he did disappoint on his return at Newmarket despite being well supported and, in contrast to the selection, is unproven over the trip. Seattle Drive might need this and his yard has yet to fire, whilst Azrael was a long odds-on disappointment at Doncaster last time.
