A wide-open affair to close proceedings. STIPULATE may not have won since making a winning return in the Feilden over C&D but he had a trio of higher rated older horses in front when fourth to Penitent back at this track last time and that looks the best form on offer. French Navy posted a better effort behind Poet at Newbury in July which suggests a big run here. He makes more appeal than the other Godolphin runners while Bronze Angel will do well to confirm latest running over C&D on worse terms with Mull Of Killough. Producer has a shout at this level but Trade Commissioner flopped on his first start in Group company at Salisbury in August and winning handicapper Labarinto needs a bit more to figure.
