If Paradise is dropping down in the weights and gets in here off 1lb higher mark than his highest win, which we think will just about enable him to get his nose in front. Others for the short list look to be Cape Royal, Green Manalishi, and Texas Gold, while Orientor will have supporters. However, If Paradise won't be unduly inconvenienced if the rains fall, and has some solid form to his name this season, with the handicapper finally giving him some sort of chance to get back in front, and we should follow him to do so. Wherever he finishes, Orientor is entitled to be very close by judged on their Newbury running in the spring, and Kieren Fallon's mount takes a drop in class to turn out here. He should be very much involved, while there's little to choose between Green Manalishi and Cape Royal, who would probably both like a bit of cut. Of the others, Texas Gold is a good sort but still a little high in the weights, and connections will be hoping the rains stay away, and so we return to If Paradise to pick up the bounty.
