James Toller's PIRATE'S SONG only just did enough when scoring over course and distance last month under an inspired Richard Hughes ride but a 2lb rise for that win is perfectly fair and he can follow up here with the main danger rated as Dickie Le Davoir. Richard Guest's colt has found one too good in two of his last three starts, prior to winning at Hamilton on Wednesday night, and he should be thereabouts again. Rash Judgement ran better on his most recent start but could probably do with some help from the handicapper, while Simple Rhythm would prefer more cut in the ground. Ginger Ted is only 3lb higher than when scoring at Hamilton in May and has claims as does Requisite, although she has a poor strike-rate, and a better bet looks to be Pirate's Song.
