Masai Moon went close at Southwell last month but his losing run stretches back three years now, while Linnens Star may need another outing to put him spot on judged on his comeback run at Doncaster. THE CONFESSOR scored on his seasonal debut last year when registering the first win of a summer hat-trick. He's 7lb higher than his latest victory but is likely to have improved since and Henry Candy's charge gets the nod. There was something amiss with Bronze Prince at Ascot last September but he'd won nicely at Wolverhampton before that, while Greensward scored at the same track before posting a couple of decent efforts over C&D. Kempton winner Primaeval is another to consider along with Red Gulch.
