    Verdict

    Golden Horn returned a winning favourite for John Gosden last year before winning the Dante and the Derby. TATHQEEF is entered in both the latter races having made a winning debut at Wolverhampton in October and has Ventura Storm to beat in this. Rated 100, the Hannon colt should be tough opponent at this level having failed to figure in the Group 1 Grand Criterium at Longchamp in October. Mengli Khan ran no sort of race in the Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster when last seen in action but course winner Mustajeer is held in high regard with plenty of fancy entries, though Paul Hanagan prefers the selection.
