Verdict

William Buick rode a four-timer here last week and has another good book of rides. EVENING SUN got going too late on his handicap debut at Ascot two weeks ago having won a novice event on the Rowley Mile here previously. The Queen’s colt has only had four runs so should have plenty more to offer. Zegalo comfortably got off the mark dropped to this trip at Sandown and rates a danger while Laser Show will strip fitter for his fourth over course and distance. Ajax Tavern will probably run his race again without being quite good enough.
