No favourite has won this in ten years. Picture Dealer had generally been performing with credit before a comfortable victory at Chelmsford and he should make a bold bid to defy a 4lb rise. Sunraider signalled a return to form at Pontefract a month ago and went close over the same course and distance later. He's definitely running well enough to get involved and William Buick's presence is a bonus. Extrasolar seems better over the minimum trip these days and a 6lb rise for his Bath victory looks harsh but STEVE PRESCOTT looks the one to be on. Richard Fahey's three-year-old hasn't won since a successful debut at Haydock last June but he's been running well in strong handicaps and looks well enough treated to double his winning tally.
