The three-year-olds get a hefty weight allowance in this and Dordogne, a winner over 1m1f here in the spring and successful in the Lingfield Derby Trial on his latest start, will probably make a bold bid to make all again. But he may just find REDWOOD too strong if the five-year-old can reproduce the form of his second to Rewilding in the Dubai Sheema Classic in March when he was two places and two lengths ahead of Laaheb. He holds Campanologist on a line through the latter. Afsare came back to form when second to Jukebox Jury over C&D last month and City Leader's Goodwood win in May has been franked, but Crystal Capella needs to improve on her reappearance at Haydock to figure though did beat Myplacelater in a fillies' Group 2 here in October.
