Born To Surprise tends to reserve his best for Doncaster but is a decent handicapper when on song and drops down a grade here. Top Offer was once held in high regard but has been off the track for a while, as has the potentially well-treated Axiom. Albaqaa has more to do than at Haydock last time but Chester third Laffan should be in the firing-line again and Common Touch, Highland Colori and Elusive Flame have all won over course and distance in the past and can't be ignored. JOHNNY CASTLE has tumbled down the weights and ran well enough at Doncaster and Ascot last year to suggest he's no back number. Richard Hughes takes over the reins for this and he is a sporting selection.
