Verdict

A high draw may not prove too much of a hindrance to BADRI (NAP) given he was drawn wide when scoring at Beverley in April. He’s also won three of five starts here and Hollie Doyle was on board when he scored at Epsom last time. Mondammej went close at Doncaster recently and is due to be raised 2lb but Fine Wine looks a shade high in the weights at present. Makanah hasn’t won a handicap for some time now though finished third in this last year while Vintage Clarets debuts on the all-weather having won at Chester recently. Bedford Flyer finished in front of Korker at York last month while Elegant Erin scored on the soft ground at Beverley in September and returns to action.
