In depth

Verdict

LASKADINE won a Class 5 handicap here in December and completed a double at this grade at Sedgefield last month. A 7lb rise and Class 3 company proved just too much at Doncaster but this looks a good opportunity to get back to winning ways. Kitty Hall was fortunate to finish second at Catterick as a likely winner fell at the second last. She makes her handicap debut and looks too good for Burrows Diamond, who is still a maiden and stepping up slightly in class. Winning bumper Harrisons Promise has shown little over timber while Set In Stone's two recent victories came in jumpers' bumpers on this track.
