In depth

Verdict

CHIC COLOMBINE has shown plenty of pace but has paid the price in the closing stages on both starts so far. Danny Tudhope takes over the reins and a more restrained ride can see her go one better than at Leicester last time. Chatty showed a big improvement on soft ground at Beverley and Night Safari finished closer at Carlisle but Royal Hussar finished a long way behind the selection. US-bred Rich Harry can include stakes winners among his winning relatives and is a newcomer to note.
