A number of these have been given a chance by the handicapper if they can recapture their best form. They include Right Step, Tiger Reigns and Suffice while Cape Explorer was placed three times over hurdles in the spring and ran at the Cheltenham Festival. Bright Applause won over a longer trip here last month and hasn't been disgraced in either of his two starts since but WHISPERING WARRIOR looks the one to beat. He's only had eight career starts and has won four of the last five in the style of an improving individual. Spirit Of The Law and Indepub are both partnered by promising apprentices and look the pick of the remainder.
