Verdict

It's no surprise to see COOL DANDY turning out under a penalty after Friday's easy victory here and a 6lb penalty is halved by Billy Garritty's claim so a quick double looks on the cards. Mrs Dibble also makes a quick reappearance after a short-head defeat at Chelmsford on Saturday though she was ridden by a 5lb claimer there. Spartakos lost his maiden tag in good style at Musselburgh but was a long way behind the selection at Carlisle back in May. His Pride looks certain to lose his maiden tag soon judging by his recent runs at Wolverhampton and Musselburgh, the latest when not getting the run of the race but only beaten half-a-length. Crocodile Power hasn't been beaten far in any of his last four starts on Tapeta and can get into contention.
