In depth

Verdict

Several can be given a chance including Newmarket runner-up Celtic Art while Gal Wonder also found one too good at Headquarters last month. Highwaygrey finished second of only four runners at Pontefract last time while Ms Ghandi has been competing in better company since scoring at Ripon. But PURPLE RIBBON (NAP) finished runner-up carrying a penalty in novice company over a mile at Chelmsford and with breeding suggesting she’ll improve for this extra distance, Charlie Fellowes’ filly gets the vote on her handicap debut.
