A winner at Thirsk in April, he carries a penalty for Tuesday's win at Ripon but is still heading in the right direction and meets lesser opposition today. Rio Cobolo looks to have the best chance of David Nicholls' trio and had Polish World a couple of lengths behind when third at Redcar last time, though stablemate Xilerator has a decent second at Newbury to his name from last year. Smalljohn still looks a shade high in the weights but could prove best of the rest.
