Verdict
Rayshan gets the vote here ahead of According To Pete and Brave Vision. Rayshan has been competing well this season, winning twice and running well off a slightly higher mark in a valuable Sandown handicap two runs ago. For our money, he remains competitive and can go well. According To Pete is edging up the weights for some consistent efforts but holds place claims, while Through The Rye could be fancied based on his best 2004 efforts but more recent ones have been less inspiring, but Tous Chez's Wetherby win two runs ago came from just a two-pounds lower mark so he might be capable of going well again. Turbo has not built on his novice win yet, but watch the betting for clues, and Brave Vision seemed to find his eight-pounds ratings adjustment hampering him last time and he might also have to settle for a place. Once again, then, the selection is Rayshan.
