In depth

Verdict

Trapper Peak scored twice over hurdles around this time last year then reappeared in October to complete a four-timer. He hasn't run badly the last twice in better company and should go well. Ballyvic Boru won a bumper on the track two years ago and has continued to have some success over jumps so should get into contention but Special Prep is a staying chaser who hasn't run since April. LOUIS' VAC POUCH wins his share of races and generally performs at a high level over fences He's versatile over distances and looks the best option though Wor Verge was engaged in the 5.03 at Sedgefield yesterday so that run should be monitored.
