    Verdict

Dandy Highwayman won over track and trip a fortnight ago, though Tadaany was beaten only a head in third. Lucky Lodge can do better back over 6f today having won here on his penultimate outing but a chance is taken on GRISE LIGHTNING. She'll need to improve on her latest effort at Wolverhampton but has tumbled 15lb down the weights since August and may finally bounce back in this. Santafiora was beaten only a neck over course and distance earlier but Cuppacoco was eight lengths behind the winner when third here last time and Betty Grable drops down in trip having placed over 7f at the track last month.
