In depth

Verdict

Al Destoor drops back down in class but remains 6lb higher than October’s win at Nottingham. NAVAJO WAR DANCE (NAP) also returns to a more suitable grade after disappointing at Newbury and Karl Burke’s charge has every chance on his earlier close-up fourth at Doncaster. Taper Tantrum won twice over hurdles last year but hasn’t won on the Flat since 2014 while Spes Nostra was last of 10 at Ayr recently but had been thereabouts on the all-weather earlier.
