Verdict

Lord Sam's Castle is penalised for winning a maiden race over track and trip and BEYOND REPROACH can take advantage. The latter was caught at the line by Chuzzlewit at Ayr on his debut and given the latter has been given a mark of 87, Karl Burke’s colt gets the vote. El Montejean finished closer in a decent maiden at York recently while Naxos and Victoria County are newcomers to note.
