Bernardelli won this last year but is 10lb higher today having also scored at Ayr subsequently. The front-running Bun Doran faded a couple of fences from home on his recent reappearance and should be sharper for this but FINAL ASSAULT is preferred. The latter was still in contention at the last over track and trip last time but came up short on the run-in - he looks worth another chance. Ash Park made a promising start over fences when second at Carlisle but unseated here last time while No Planning was still going well when coming a cropper over these fences recently and won off a similar mark at Ayr earlier this year.
