In depth

Verdict

Stealing Silk won over 7f here a fortnight ago but has a bit to prove over this far while Broctune Red won over course and distance recently to open his account. CALONNE has yet to win anywhere but finished in front of Absolute Dream when placed over track and trip a week ago on only his third start for current connections. Another bold bid is expected racing off the same mark and he gets the vote. Strong Steps went close the last time he raced over a mile here while Straight Ash has been thereabouts in selling company on the Turf.
