MY OBERON made a winning reappearance in the Group 3 Earl Of Sefton at Newmarket last season and his next three starts were at the highest level. He warmed up for a crack at the Dubai Turf with a victory on this surface at Southwell, with Tempus well beaten, and ran well for sixth in the Meydan Group 1. San Andreas didn't have to be at his best to score at Dundalk but his overall form doesn't quite match that of the selection while La Tihaty's winning run on Polytrack came to an end with a poor run on Tapeta at Wolverhampton. Fort Payne arrives from France with four all-weather victories to his credit including at Chantilly last month while Amilcar also had a very good record in France and warmed up for this when finishing strongly in a Wolverhampton Listed contest over 7f.
