In depth

Verdict

MAHATO had a favourite rated 85 back in third when returning a convincing winner over 6f at Windsor on his debut. This longer trip should suit the Haggas colt and he can defy a penalty. Puella Law has gone the wrong way since a debut second at Beverley but Johnny Ringo finished a lot closer when second at Redcar last month. Dashing Darcey has excuses when starting favourite at Wolverhampton on his debut while Filibustering is related to a couple of winners.
