In depth

Verdict

A valuable handicap for midweek on the all-weather and several of these took part in a similar contest over track and trip a month ago. The unpredictable Al Khan came out best of them in third place on that occasion but the progressive HOLIDAY MAGIC was in close attendance and may well reverse running in this. Suzi's Connoisseur, Horsted Keynes and Steel Train finished further behind and top weight Realize is preferred on December’s conditions race success at Chelmsford. Russian Soul went close in a lower grade at Wolverhampton last week but recent course and distance winner Free Code has plenty to find with the selection on earlier form and Tatlisu is best over 6f.
