      Verdict

      Bad Dog made all over track and trip last month but was never in contention when unable to take the lead back here last time. Plansina has been well beaten at Southwell either side of winning over course and distance when beating Odds On Oli a neck. That pair are closely matched while Dark Freedom has improved for the step up to 1m2f and is not certain to appreciate the return to a mile. SOLID MAN was having his first outing since August when narrowly beaten in a tight finish at Lingfield recently. David Simcock’s charge is the least exposed and should find enough improvement to come out best today.
