Soaring Star won a lower grade contest over track and trip recently while Serenading scored over 7f here when last on the all-weather but is 9lb higher. Tangled has done all his winning on Turf so far but Whatwouldyouknow won at Wolverhampton in August and Jewel Maker has won twice over course and distance in the past. COSMOS RAJ (NAP) hasn’t raced on this surface since the spring but has won three times on Turf subsequently. He found one too good at York last time but that was in a higher grade than this and he gets the vote only 2lb higher than an earlier success at Ripon.
