A couple of these made winning debuts over hurdles at Hexham with Captain Quint finishing well ahead of the disappointing Maid Of Houxty and dual point-to-point winner Crystal Glory scoring over 2m4f. Both are penalised and CONTEMPLATEMYFAITH can take advantage having shown plenty of promise for Olly Murphy’s in-form yard when third at Lingfield on his hurdling bow. Phil De Pail is another likely improver and is preferred of the remainder.
