Verdict
RIVER CAM has the best piece of form on offer with a debut second at Yarmouth. Beaten only a neck and finishing clear of the rest, James Tate’s filly can go one better. Kayewhykelly has placed at Thirsk in both starts to date and is preferred to Asstech and Abbotside but a newcomer may prove a bigger threat. Spantik is from the family of a Group 1 winner and should be noted representing Archie Watson’s yard while Huraiz is a half-brother to a couple of winners and Jamaal Danehill also hails from a powerful northern yard.
