    Verdict

SKY FULL OF STARS bids for a treble raised 6lb for winning at Catterick. But James Ewart’s charge won with a bit in hand and is preferred to recent Chepstow runner-up Time And Again, who has yet to win anywhere. Duhallowcountry won at Sedgefield earlier but ran poorly on good ground at Southwell last time and February’s Musselburgh runner-up, Chain Of Beacons, is preferred on this surface. My Idea finished well behind the latter at the Scottish track and the remainder make even less appeal.

    Formwatch

Chain Of Beacons 6-1 (11-11) Chased leaders, went 3rd after bypassing 6th, 2nd before next, closer approaching 10th, lost 2nd 3 out, weakened next, 6th of 11, dist behind William Money (11-6) at Newcastle 2m 4f hcp (5) hvy in Feb.

Sky Full Of Stars (IRE) 7-4fav (11-1) Tracked leader, ridden to lead before last, kept on well, won at Catterick 2m hcp (4) sft in Mar beating Minella Suite (11-12) by 6l, 5 ran.

My Idea 12-1 (11-2) Chased leaders, weakened 4 out, tailed off, modest 5th, 5th of 10, dist behind Ballythomas (10-7) at Musselburgh 3m hcp (5) gd in Feb.

Have You Had Yours (IRE) 12-1 (10-7) Behind, struggling after 9th, tailed off 4 out, 7th of 9, dist behind Attimo (11-9) at Sedgefield 2m 3f hcp (4) gs in Dec.

Oak Vintage (IRE) 9-1 (11-4) Held up rear division, headway 4 out, weakened after 2 out, 7th of 9, 35 1/2l behind Orioninverness (11-4) at Hexham 2m 4f hcp (5) hvy in Mar.

Duhallowcountry (IRE) 9-1 (10-11) Jumped right at times, with leader, led after 3rd, headed before 2 out, soon weakened, 7th of 8, 25 3/4l behind Nobel Leader (12-1) at Southwell 2m hcp (5) gd in Mar.

Tambour Major (FR) 14-1 (10-2) Close up, not fluent 2nd, led before 5th, headed before 4 out, weakened before last, 6th of 9, 13 1/2l behind Fields of Glory (11-9) at Musselburgh 2m 4f hcp (4) gd in Jan.

Time And Again (FR) 8-1 (11-7) Held up towards rear, headway on inside chasing leaders before 3 out, left in well held 3rd last, stayed on strongly run-in, went 2nd towards finish and closed, just held, 2nd of 9, hd behind What's Up Rory (11-2) at Chepstow 2m hcp (5) sft in Mar.
