Verdict

Tim Easterby’s novices often need a run but Carrigillihy might be an exception as he was running well on the Flat in the autumn, placing over this trip at York in October. DENSWORTH has been running over longer trips so far over hurdles but won a bumper by 15 lengths at Worcester last summer so isn’t short of pace. Perth winner Our Marty was well beaten at Aintree last time but this looks easier, though he is carrying 7lb extra. Sageburg County is improving with experience but Artiste D'ainay showed more at Naas and looks a bigger threat.
