In depth

Verdict

ILLWALKTHELINE improved markedly from her first run when staying on strongly to get off the mark at Carlisle. She is fancied to defy her penalty here with Ryan Day claiming 5lb. Lethegoodtimesroll looked a very hard ride when odds-on but pulled up at Carlisle in March of last year so Kaine Wood may have his hands full. Princess Mononoke looked more straightforward when winning a maiden between the flags at Loughanmore in October and the Oscar mare Strands Of Velvet is a likely improver after an opening run at Catterick.
