        Verdict

        CHILWORTH ICON's run at Goodwood last week suggests he retains plenty of ability. His stable is in good form and, dropped a couple of pounds since, the top weight can take advantage of this drop in grade. Gowanharry has been knocking on the door and is a previous course and distance winner, as are Ambitious Icarus and One Boy. Bondi Beach Boy arrives off the back of a win at Haydock and I'll Be Good is running well but the lightly-raced Samhain has recorded both wins on Fibresand and has a bit to prove on this surface.
