The ones for the short list are Spinning, Mujeak, Tagula Bay and Butterfly Bud, with the selection being Spinning. We think that ratings might hold the key here. Spinning comes out best of those to have achieved such a thing, although a mark of 65 is only modest. His form is reasonable enough in the context of this race and, being by Pivotal, he might well appreciate the ease in the going. Butterfly Bud has shown enough, including on good to soft, to suggest that he can go well, while Mujeak's second to Sea Salt last time suggested that he is on the up now and rates as a major player. Tagula Bay is another to give some thought to and the market might guide with regard to the others, but the vote stays with Spinning.
