Granite City Doc is usually thereabouts without winning though finished in front of Home Before Dusk when placed at Hamilton earlier. Rosin Box will be sharper for last month’s debut for new connections though hasn’t won since 2017 and ISHEBAYORGREY is preferred. The latter was having only his second outing since switching to Iain Jardine’s yard when beaten a neck at Ayr and he gets the nod to go one better in this racing off the same mark. Zarkavon went close here recently but has yet to win in 26 outings while Clary was placed over a mile at Ayr but has plenty to prove over this longer trip.
