In depth

Verdict

YOUNG TIGER beat Windforpower, who runs in the previous division of this, to win over track and trip last time. Tom Tate’s charge can defy a 4lb rise in the weights and go in again. Our Place In Loule won at Carlisle earlier and was placed off today’s higher mark at Musselburgh recently while Lady Joanna Vassa scored at Kempton last month but never figured at Wolverhampton during the week. Imperial Legend went close at Catterick in an amateurs' race between more modest runs and can figure with a similar effort.
