In depth

Verdict

Beating All ran poorly at Chester on his handicap debut though better is expected on this more suitable track. But RAISE THE ROOF (NAP) defied a penalty to land a double in novice company at Wolverhampton last month and given the ease of her latest victory, James Tate’s filly looks worth sticking with now handicapping. Pallas Dancer is 8lb higher than when scoring over a mile here having subsequently placed over track and trip while Athmad has been thereabouts since winning at Wolverhampton though returns from a lay-off. Dubai Souq continues to struggle with Tricolore preferred back on the Tapata.
