In depth

Verdict

A novice winner here, ROYAL PROSPECT made a winning start in handicaps when landing a higher grade sprint over track and trip. The runner-up Nick Vedder has since gone close again behind Equiano Springs over 7f here so the form looks solid enough and there should be more to come from Julie Camacho’s charge. Tommy G also ran well behind the selection last time and is not out of this while Global Tango is another to note handicapping for the first time on his return from a lay-off having won over course and distance in 2017.
