      Verdict

The veteran Safe Voyage is enduring a long losing run though ran well at Ascot back in May when ahead of Zip. The latter won over track and trip back in January when beating AIR TO AIR but George Boughey’s charge re-opposes on much better terms today with Billy Loughnane’s allowance further helping his cause. Wobwobwob and Adeb have more to find at this higher level but both The Gatekeeper and Lord Of The Lodge are at home in this grade if rediscovering their best.
