Verdict

TWIN APPEAL probably paid the price for racing prominently at Wolverhampton last month. He eventually finished out of the frame and behind Welliesinthewater but Derek Shaw’s charge is usually best at Chelmsford and the top weight can reverse placings here – he is only 2lb higher than when scoring at Wolverhampton in December. Arnarson has come good this year, winning at Wolverhampton and Chelmsford, but has been raised another 5lb. Deansgate has been raised 7lb since winning over course and distance in January and that is probably too much. Firmdecisions has the beating of Florencio but looks held by the selection on earlier form.
