Verdict

O'Faolains Boy, Westaway and Oscar Rock are all winning pointers and the latter was a decent second on his debut under Rules in a Taunton bumper. Digger's Mate and Uncle Pettit have hinted at ability while Larks Wing was third at Exeter in May and is open to improvement. But this can go to one of several nicely-bred debutants with the J P McManus-owned Kayf Tara gelding GONE TOO FAR particularly interesting. Alan King will have him ready for his first race and he should be able to hold his own in better company. Charlie Egerton had a bumper winner at Lingfield earlier this week so Easy Beesy also warrants a second look, as does Colin Tizzard's Be Marvellous.
