    Verdict

Prestbury Park landed a double over 6f before placing over 7f at Newmarket a fortnight ago and can figure while Tathmeen won a novice event over track and trip during the summer but has been off the track since well beaten at York in August. New Empire ran well in soft ground at Goodwood earlier and Diamond Dougal scored over 6f in heavy going at Haydock last month but is 8lb higher. Mr TOP HAT will also handle today’s ground having won a conditions race at Salisbury when beating a horse rated 87. He gets the vote on that form.
