Verdict

BASTOGNE placed at Chepstow on his first start for over a year and debut for a new yard. He faces lesser opposition this time and looks up to winning off his current mark. Secret Strength also drops down in class and ran well in this grade at Yarmouth earlier while Starlight Nation won at Leicester recently and is preferred to Doncaster runner-up Wadi Bani. Capote's Dream is upped in trip while Ring of Light and Unsung Hero showed progressive form on the all-weather last year and both return to action.
