    Verdict

    HAMISH arrives on the back of landing a couple of valuable handicaps over today’s trip at York. It was soft ground on the Knavesmire last time and William Haggas’ charge is clear of the opposition on today’s terms. Trueshan found one too good over 1m6f in soft going at Haydock last month having won over 1m4f either side of that but Summer Moon is preferred dropping back down to his winning trip after finishing a close-up third at Newmarket in the Cesarewitch. Hiroshima has a stack to find with these at the weights but is guaranteed prize money.
